The challenge
Limited Focus
Despite being the leading manufacturer of residential water softening and filtration solutions since 1925, EcoWater’s digital marketing received limited focus prior to working with the Rocket55 team.
Without a focus on digital marketing, EcoWater wasn’t able to expand their customer base through online channels, limiting their potential for growth. They only had longstanding relationships with retail and wholesale partners with limited internal experience with digital marketing management.
The Solution
Rocket55 branded, designed, and launched a new eCommerce website and overhauled their Amazon business.
Fueled by a multichannel digital marketing program, their eCommerce business grew more than 35x from 2017 to 2023.
Rocket55 put together a strategic plan for EcoWater, becoming their advisor across all digital platforms and continuing to expand their
reach into new areas to drive revenue.
The strategic plan included:
- Designed and launched a B2C website which immediately led to a record month in total revenue
- Grew their formerly struggling Amazon business by 8x over one year
- Implemented SEO strategy and paid marketing campaigns across direct to-consumer, dealer and retail channels
- Developed an award-winning video project
An example of an expanded digital platform is Rocket55’s development of EcoWater and its understanding of its consumer audiences. Rocket55 created an audience-centric website to maximize engagement and conversion.
