The challenge
Three teams, one goal
Swann’s organizational structure, with three separate marketing teams in the US, the UK and Australia posed hurdles to coordinating a unified e-commerce strategy. While each market provided unique challenges and opportunities, it was evident that all three of their websites required significant content and user experience (UX) improvements to achieve Swann’s revenue goals.
The Solution
Overhaul the hub of e-commerce operations
Rocket55 ramped up paid campaigns and optimized Amazon content, while quickly setting out a roadmap to improve the website shopping experience. Changes were made to the home page and key landing pages using a combination of conversion rate optimization (CRO), page design, content strategy and SEO.
The goal was to fill the content-shaped hole in their website — tell their story, worldwide, in a way that drove clicks and was compelling.
In addition to bottom-of-the-funnel activities, Rocket55 collaborated with Swann to optimize their resource library to drive increased top-of-funnel traffic.
The effort that went into designing the website for increased engagement and revenue included auditing, competitor research, and e-commerce CRO – all to ensure we were telling the right story in the right place at the right time.
The Results
Website updates drive traffic – and sales
The culmination of our efforts manifested in tangible results, underscoring the efficacy of our partnership with Swann. Across the three key regions – the US, UK and Australia – our interventions delivered remarkable outcomes:
Swann US.
Paid campaigns in the US witnessed a remarkable uptick, with a 197% increase in conversions year over year (YoY). Organic traffic increased 10% compared to the previous month, precipitating a 49% increase in transactions.
Swann UK.
Organic traffic witnessed a 17% uptick from the preceding month, contributing to a 13% rise in transactions and a formidable 49% increase in revenue.
Swann AUS.
The Australian market experienced an organic traffic increase of 22% compared to the previous month. This spike facilitated a 35% increase in transactions. Additionally, paid campaign conversions in Australia saw an increase of 29% YoY accompanied by a 63% increase in Return on Ad Spend (RoAS) that soared to 10.7x from 6.56x YoY.
