Turning digital traffic into real-life action
When they came to us, one of Wagner SprayTech’s most pressing challenges was effectively supporting retail partners that stocked their products — retail giants like The HomeDepot, Lowe’s and Ace Hardware. Their products aren’t sold online, but they had an online presence to help steer customers to retail locations near them.
The challenge wasn’t just driving qualified traffic to their site and providing location information, but additionally: how do we accurately measure the impact of web pages in driving offline sales and how can we pivot their digital strategy to drive even more foot traffic?

First things first, we addressed foot traffic challenges by developing a paid media campaign across search, display, and social to drive users to retail partner locations.
Paid media was only the beginning. It was a huge challenge to track and attribute in-store sales to paid ads. How could we prove that people were visiting stores thanks to the ads?
